What is it?

This is not just a knife; it gives basic information about the freshness of a product and also the negative features of the product.  It has a sensor, which can sense the food and its ingredients. Consumers can read the information on the smart screen, which is also connected to the knife. 

Why is it cool?

Manufacturers put often unhealthy ingredients in our products, like to much sugar. Sometimes they do not label it and that is the reason why we do not know which ingredients are in our food. With this knife, we can see what is in our food. And we can see if it is fresh, so hopefully there will be less food thrown away. Cool and usable, right?

Why does it have future growth potential?
Transparancy, a really hot topic. We are being mislead often, we do not know where our food exists of. This knife can help people to know more about food, about the good and the bad of it. It shows the freshness, bacteria infection degree,
nutrients and negative ions. But, unfortunately,
