The Experimental Food Society is a culinary arts event, already organized for the fourth time. It's a must see for every food-lover! The exhibition gives a opportunity to meet pioneering foodies for the first time, to enjoy their creatures, look at interactive exhibits, see the art being made, eat and purchase the creatures of the foodies, pick up tips and more.
Why is it cool?
This is not just a exhibition, it's a whole experience. People can learn, see, taste, feel and enjoy the Experimental Food Society. The two-day exhibition gives people art, food art. Something like butter sculptures, cake art and food landscapes. The Talk Schedule can be found overhere: talk schedule.
Does it have future growth potential?
Yes it has! The Food Society gives an experience and that's cool. A running trend is the Experience Economy and experiences can make people happy. So, this exhibition can make people happy too. The originality of the experience is important. To give a example, the breathable tearoom from Camellia's Tea was one of the highlights at the EFS of 2013. This is a original tea experience, where people do not drink tea but inhale the tea. By experiencing with unusual ingredients, tastes, fragrances and colors you can trigger consumers. And that is exactly what the Experimental Food Society is doing!
