Virtual Festival "Zo Niet, Dan Toch"

"Zo niet, dan Toch" is a Dutch virtual festival. With a QR code you can see concerts on your mobile phone, in the virtual public space throughout Northern Amsterdam. It exists since 7 september 2013 and it's designed by Sander Veenhof and Klasien van de Zandschulp. It is the first festival that takes place entirely in the virtual world. You explore with your mobile phone music and stories in Amsterdam. Would like to go to a festival but don't have money for it? Well, the entrance for this festival is free and it is open to everyone. You just have to use your smartphone."Zo niet, dan Toch", makes it possible to use space outside well known musea and tribunes. It makes you realize that those places can be interesting too. New and inspiring!
